What legal provisions do I need to consider when uploading a design?
Designs that you choose to upload are not allowed to infringe upon existing third party rights (specifically creator, personality, trademark/copyright laws or other legal provisions .) Examples of designs we can't accept
You must possess the full rights to a design in order to use a design (photo, logo, text etc.) in the T-Shirt Designer, in your Spreadshirt shop or on the Marketplace.
When in doubt, please double check the legal status or ask the owner for limited permission before using a design.

The use of eradicative, defaming , or legally questionable content will not be tolerated.
