What happens during the selection process at Spreadshirt?

For every position, we try to find an applicant who in our view best meets the requirements and best fits in as a member of his or her future team. Once we have received your application and briefly confirmed this via email, your documents are first checked by our HR department, so that they can then be passed on to the appropriate team leader.

If the team leader provides positive feedback, then there may be a telephone interview, or even an interview in person. Depending on the position, it may be that we then invite you to a second interview and/or a practical test.

After the interview we will get back to you as soon as possible and, who knows… hopefully you’ll be successful…
