Customer Service

Tired of long e-mail response times, waiting forever in telephone queues and impatient service representatives? If so, then we can show you that there is a much better way to deal with customers.

Whether you have service or design questions, we are there for you in six languages. We answer all e-mails within 1 business day. Of course, it's much faster on the phone: Mondays to Fridays between 9:00am - 5:00pm (CET) at +44 2031372587 (normal land line rates apply, according to your provider). And if we don't have an answer for you right away, we will get to the bottom of your question faster than you can say Spreadshirt splendidly spreads shirts.

Already have a question for us? Then it's this way to our contact form. You can also have a look in our Forum or stay up-to-date with Twitter.

Care Team

My main task in the Service Team is to answer all Partner and information inquiries. In my free time I like to try out new recipes -- and the result is usually quite enjoyable! Or I dream of distant destinations across the globe … apart from the many beautiful locations in Europe, I find Canada especially enjoyable.

I am responsible for our Italian customers. I studied in Turin for a while, but my favourite city is Genoa. It always seems to pull me back (at least once a year) and it is from there that I brought the spotted coffeepot with me.

I am responsible for the laFraise customers -- and that's in German, English and French! Certainly you can guess what I study - translation! :)

Designs Service

My tasks: download designs, check designs, upload designs. :) When I was young, I really wanted to be a race car driver -- that didn't work out, but I can make a delicious baked fish in a flash!

Forum/Legal Service

When I am not drinking coffee, I take care of our Partners in the forum. I also do this during my coffee breaks :) In my free time I ride through downtown Leipzig on my bike to see how our big construction sites are coming along. It always reminds me that life without change is unrealistic.
