There are marks on the one I have received and this is for one of my customers. I cannot use it as it is not good enough for a paying customer. I contacted your team via phone on Thursday, who would only tell me to email big that they would respond on Friday. They did not respond.

As stated in the email i sent yesterday (16th November *** the product size I ordered was too small so I would appreciate it if I could return it and receive a refund. The style and fabric is very good I would just like to return it and receive a refund as it is too small.
