As of January 2022, all large orders (of 5 items or more) are sent in cardboard packaging. We’re striving to transition to completely plastic-free packaging, including for smaller orders, by the end of the year. Find out more about our approach to sustainability here.

With direct digital printing – our standard way of printing – we use sustainable inks, vegan colour pigments, as well as adopting water and electricity saving processes when printing.

Our organic selection is constantly growing. By the end of 2022, our aim is to have a sustainable alternative on almost all products.

Yes. All of our customised products are printed and embroidered in Europe, in our 2 production locations in Legnica, Poland and Krupka, Czech Republic. Print-on-demand allows us to only print the products when an order has been placed. This prevents overproduction and is what makes our model particularly sustainable.

At 2% we’re lucky to have the lowest return rates in the industry. Everything that we get back is either donated or recycled. Find out more about donations and recycling here.
