We want your company to be able to put personalised designs on corporate clothing – regardless of the size of the order. That's why there is no minimum order value at Spreadshirt. If you order multiple items, you will automatically receive a volume discount.
Yes, any kind of personalised corporate clothing is embroidered (on-demand) upon receipt of your order in Europe; either in our production facility in Legnica, Poland, or in Krupka, Czech Republic. By the way, with print-on-demand your corporate clothing is really sustainable.
Yes, we offer fair return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your personalised embroidery corporate clothing, you can return it within 30 days. Just contact our Service Team.
Different requirements apply to printing and embroidery. To have your company logo embroidered on corporate clothing, it must meet the following requirements:
- Vector graphic in file format .svg or.ai or
- Pixel graphic in file format .png, .jpg, .bmp or .gif
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Design is created without a background (for vector designs) or is isolated (for pixel graphics).
If your design is a pixel graphic, please make sure to avoid:
- photos, and designs with many colour gradations or designs with more than 8 colours, and
- designs with a length or width exceeding 4,000 pixels.
For all other types of printing – especially digital printing – pixel graphics are usually used. Requirements for pixel graphics you can read here.
For most countries we offer three different shipping options: Standard, premium and express. It is likely that your personalised corporate clothing will reach you after only 2 business days! Choose express shipping, that your personalised corporate clothing will already arrive after 2 working days. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and the number of items ordered.

Yes! At Spreadshirt you get a volume discount on most items – starting at 6 items and regardless of the value of your order. The products you choose can either be the same product or different products. You can see your volume discount directly in the shopping cart or calculate it on our help pages.
The size selection for personalised corporate clothing ranges – depending on the item – from XS to 5XL. If you have a special request regarding the size, you can get in otuch via WhatsApp or call 0341 59 400 5900 to reach out to our Service Team.
We can send you up to 20 different unprinted items upon request. You will have to pay for your trial order, but you will get your money back if you return the items within 30 days, in good condition and unworn.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to send printed items.
