New Marketplace Guidelines – For Better Marketplace Quality!

Many called for new guidelines, now they are in place. In the future, the Marketplace will be more fun for our customers and easier to browse.
Along with some minor updates, a few new fundamental guidelines for examining uploaded designs will be put into place soon. Here are examples of what is no longer accepted:

Photos, e.g. holiday pictures or snapshots

Personal content (e.g. URL, emails, birthdays)

Pixel graphics files of low quality (at least 120dpi and max. 10 MB)

It is our goal to abate customer complaints and thereby improve the quality of the shopping experience as a whole. These will be the first of more improvements to come to the Marketplace.

Not to worry, your shop is still open to anything you want to upload (copyright and ethics are still checked, of course).
The designs in your shop will remain unfazed by these measures – you can still offer whatever you like in there. You can read the detailed FAQ about our Marketplace guidelines.
