Adorn a mug with nail polish:
How about a real custom mug? Here’s a super easy way:
You need: self-adhesive (vinyl) reinforcement washers and nail polish (maybe also nail polish remover)
- Put the holey stickers on the mug the way you like
- Dab the nail polish over the holey bit and let the varnish dry for a few minutes
- If necessary, apply a second layer
- Remove the stickers once the varnish has dried
Tip: the nail polish will probably rub off after a few dishwasher treatments. Then you can easily apply the nail polish again.
Pimp your scarf with beads & pearls:
I put some beads on my scarf to create a one-of-a-kind item:
You need: About 40 beads or pearls (5mm in diameter), needle and thread
Sew the beads to the scarf – one at a time – by grouping them around the leaves. Tie the thread into a knot on the back.
