London elects its mayor on 3 May and 11 other UK cities vote in mayoral referendums. So we are asking city-dwellers what would you do, if you were Mayor? From the quirky to the straight-forward, ideas in the Spreadshirt Shop that was set up currently include:
- If I Were Mayor there’d be a banker tax
- If I Were Mayor South London would be independent
- If I Were Mayor I’d say no to Heathrow 3
- If I Were Mayor there’d be slides on the Tube
- If I Were Mayor #riotwombles would get a medal
