We all want Spreadshirt to remain a place for creative exchange, so we’re making a few temporary adjustments to the criteria for rejecting designs. These will become effective March 22, and initially affect so-called design series, also known as scaled designs.
Tatiana Gaspar (or, as you may know her, Tati Alecrim) isn’t your typical illustrator or designer. While many artists tend to cram as much color into their designs as possible, Tatiana is content with using a pen. This ultimately makes her illustrations even more unique, and this sentiment isn’t shared by only us; her designs have quickly proven to be an absolute hit on Spreadshirt’s Marketplace. Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein inspired a whole generation of artists, and we’re taking it to the next level. With our open Pop Art contest for the best designs, we challenge you to turn the traditions of fine art on its head. Show us your best take on imagery from popular culture.
