New Shop Homepage: Share Your Ideas

You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. That’s why your Shop will receive a new homepage (or landing page – the first page your customers see when they visit your shop) to welcome customers more nicely. You can help design the look and feel of your new Shop homepage – please share your ideas and provide feedback in the comments section with us!

We want to give you the power to customise your homepage to make the first impression count! Show your customers just what makes you unique to electrify your audience. You’ll be able to customise much more than just your products, header and footer section of your Shop.

Make a wish

As you wish: make your wishes and ideas come to life on your new homepage. Do you want a rotating teaser carousel or just a billboard-style sign with text? We will listen to your ideas and put them out for a poll. In about two weeks’ time, we’ll let you vote on the best suggestions.

Think of a good way to take you customers by the hand and lead them to like your products, to help them come to a check-out decision faster. What kind of content would you like to showcase on your homepage?

NB – if you offer valuable content on your homepage, you don’t only improve your customers’ landing experience, but also send positive signals to Google. And this means you’ll improve your Shop’s search ranking.

What do you want your Shop homepage to look like? What do you need it to include? And what do you really, really want in terms of features? Add your ideas and opinions in the comments!

  1. It would be great if I could add a link to my own website somewhere. For example if my customers click on the header it would be great if they were redirected to my website.

  2. Product carousel
Other people bought, most popular, latest design
Shortcut to size chart for different products
Be able to link and show facebook wall content
    Personal presentation page

  3. “if you offer valuable content on your homepage, you don’t only improve your customers’ landing experience, but also send positive signals to Google”

What do you mean by ‘valuable content’?
