Digital direct printing is a state-of-the-art and particularly resource-saving printing process. It can be used to print even the most detailed designs accurately and reliably. The ink is absorbed into the textile fabric and doesn't create raised designs or stiffness.

The design is prepared on vinyl and then transferred to the product using heat. It feels slightly textured to the touch and is a preferred choice for logos.
Design NowFlock printing

- Velvety surface
Similar to Flex, Flock printing uses a velvety vinyl material and is then transferred to the product using heat. Flock printing is great for logos, it will be vibrant and softer to the touch than Flex.

In thermosublimation, the design is vaporized under intense heat. Brilliant colors and depth of detail are produced in the process. This print type is particularly suitable for products other than textiles, such as mugs.

How can I personalise promotional products with my company logo?
Your promotional items can be created in next to no time. First choose a product and then design it according to your ideas. By clicking on 'Upload' you can easily add your company logo. If you need help with isolating or print optimization of your company logo, you can contact our Design Service. We will help you at a reasonable fixed price.
Is there a minimum order quantity for embroidered merchandise?
Spreadshirt has no minimum order value. You can order a single personalised promotional item or 1,000 at once. It is also easy to order different items as well as reorder previous products.
What shipping options does Spreadshirt offer for merchandise?
For most countries we offer three different shipping options: Standard, premium and express. It is likely that your personalised merchandise will reach you after only 2 business days with express shipping! However, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and the number of items ordered.

Can I exchange or return personalised merchandise?
Yes, we offer fair return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your personalised embroidery merchandise, you can return it within 30 days. Just contact our Service Team.
Is the print-on-demand merchandise printed in Europe?
Yes, all personalised merchandise is embroidered (on-demand) upon receipt of your order in Europe; either in our production facility in Legnica, Poland, or in Krupka, Czech Republic. Print-on-demand makes your embroidered merchandise really sustainable.
Do I get a discount if I order large quantities?
Yes! At Spreadshirt you get a volume discount on most items – starting at 6 items and regardless of the value of your order. The products you choose can either be the same product or different products. You can see your volume discount directly in the shopping cart or calculate it on our help pages.
